The order-request form collects your name, phone number, optional email address, chosen bundle and confirmation that you are at least 18 and agree to order-related contact. Please do not provide medical information, identification documents or payment-card details. This website does not collect card information or create a customer account.

Why we use it

We use your details to contact you about the specific order you requested, confirm availability and pricing, arrange fulfillment if you proceed, and answer support questions. Submitting the form does not subscribe you to marketing messages.

Service providers

Order requests are transmitted through our server to the order team using Telegram. Telegram and our hosting provider process information needed to provide their services. If you complete an order, necessary information may also be shared with payment and shipping providers, whose details and terms are supplied when those arrangements are made. Service providers may process information outside your country.

Essential storage and technical information

An essential session cookie protects the form and helps prevent duplicate submissions. Server-side session data includes random security tokens, submission times and order references, not the contact details you entered. Browser storage remembers the dismissed cookie notice and may temporarily display your order reference on the confirmation page. The hosting provider may keep routine access and security logs, including IP addresses.

This version of the website does not load advertising or analytics trackers. It does not transmit form details to Meta or other advertising platforms.

Retention and security

We keep order and support information only as needed to handle requests, fulfill confirmed purchases and meet applicable recordkeeping duties. Uncompleted requests should be removed when no longer needed. Contact us to ask about or request deletion of your information. We use server-side handling and restrict access to order information; no transmission or storage system is completely risk-free.
